Kudos to Lowes! I just came across this webpage (thanks to my husband) from Lowe’s Creative Ideas®, “The Power of Wallpaper” and it features some simple projects using Paper Illusions. Well, it’s about time!
This article features four projects pictured here:
- A wall (in ScriptIllusion Tuscan Red 5812295)
- A bookcase (inside backing in ScriptIllusion Burnished Gold 5812297)
- A lampshade (in Burnished Gold)
- A bowl of decorative balls (in Tuscan Red & Burnished Gold)
I was starting to wonder if I was the only one on the planet promoting these project ideas. There was so much buzz about Lowe’s not carrying Paper Illusions anymore, I was beginning to wonder if they chucked this product line. I even asked our sales manager at Blue Mountain but he couldn’t confirm that was true.
Yet as recent as a few days ago, I was told by someone else their Lowe’s didn’t carry it anymore. Now, I don’t know how recent this project was posted, but if it’s fairly current, that’s good news to those who are trying to find the paper locally.
Regardless of whether or not you shop at Lowe’s (of course, I personally recommend Wallpaper Illusions for the greatest selection of PaperIllusion™ products) getting this kind of exposure online is great for furthering the cause of spreading the word about this unique product.
Have you come across any other Paper Illusion projects online? If so, please share them below. In the meantime learn how to create a striking vignette using Paper Illusion.
