Paper It Fun!

We’ve recently updated the Paper Illusions Photo Gallery making it a little easier to navigate around the Paper It Fun! network of resources. Besides including links to the forum, blog, products & membership page, we’ve grouped the photos of similar projects together, provided headlines for the most recent posts on the blog and included a link to a Free 7-day eCourse on “How to Faux Finish…with PaperIllusion”.

But now I need your help…

I’d like to have pictures of projects highlighting every color of PaperIllusion available. Thanks to your generosity, we already have more than half the colors accounted for. Whether it’s counter tops, accent walls, picture frames, switch plate covers, soap dispensers or floors, we’d like to display every available color in use.

Many times we have an idea in our head of what we want something to look like, but are hesitant to move forward because we’re unsure of how it will really look when we’re done. This is where you can help. If you’ve done your counter top in powder room pink, I guarantee the end result looks a gazillion times better than a sample of the pattern cut from the roll. Someone else may be toying around with the idea of using that color and seeing your project may offer that nudge to go ahead with it they need.

So PLEASE, consider sharing pictures of your project with us…along with a few words of your personal experience (i.e. what others have said about it, steps on how you did it or personal advice to others after having completed the project, etc.).

The following is a list of colors we need pictures for:

• Hearthstone Granite
• Hearthstone Camoflage
• Charcoal
• Sunbaked
• Travertine Red & Gold
• Travertine Powder Room Pink
• Florentine Marble Stone
• Roman Green
• Roman Blue

Of course, we’re interested in seeing your projects even if it wasn’t using a color listed above, but if you have a picture of a project using one of these colors, however large or small, we’d like to not only feature it on the Paper It Fun! Resource Network but also on the product detail pages at Wallpaper Illusions.

Send me an email and include “paperitfun pictures” in the subject line so I’ll know not to mark your email as spam (unfortunately I get a lot of that, too…ggrrr). I’ll write you back and let you know if and where I can post them.
